Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Whiskey'd Figs
Sunday dinner worthy of a special occasion — but simple enough for a Tuesday. The combination of raw honey and Whiskey'd Figs creates a pan sauce that belongs in a fine dining restaurant.
Prep time: 15 min | Cook time: 30 min | Serves: 4
Ingredients
• 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
• 3 tbsp Willow Farms Raw Honey
• 4 tbsp Willow Farms Whiskey'd Figs
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and cracked black pepper
• 1/2 cup chicken broth for pan sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
1. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and rosemary together.
1. Season pork tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
1. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat.
1. Sear tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
1. Brush honey mustard mixture over entire tenderloin.
1. Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 18-22 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
1. Remove pork, let rest 5 minutes. Meanwhile, add chicken broth and Whiskey'd Figs to the skillet.
1. Cook over medium heat, scraping up browned bits, until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
1. Slice pork and serve with Whiskey'd Figs pan sauce drizzled over the top.
Farm Tip: Let the pork rest before slicing — this keeps all the juices inside. The Whiskey'd Figs pan sauce is so good you'll want to drink it. Make extra.
