When will my order arrive
We pack orders within 3–5 business days. After that, transit time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout — Standard takes 5–7 business days, Economy and Bulk take 7–10. Most orders arrive 8–15 business days after you place them. You will get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.
How do I track my order
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking number and link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, or email support@willowfarmsshop.com and we will resend it.
Can I pick up my order at the farm
Yes, and you skip shipping costs entirely. Choose pickup at checkout. We will email you when it is ready, usually within 24 hours. Come by during our regular hours at 9490 Gantt Ln, Red Level, AL 36474.
Do you ship outside the United States
Not at this time. We ship anywhere in the U.S.
What if my order arrives damaged
Email support@willowfarmsshop.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Can I return something I did not like
Because we sell food, we cannot accept returns. But tell us anyway — if something is wrong with a jar, we will make it right.
