Everything we sell is made in small batches on our farm in Red Level, Alabama, and packed by hand. Here is exactly what to expect.
Processing
We pack orders within 3–5 business days.
Transit
Once your box leaves us, delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout:
- Standard — 5–7 business days in transit
- Economy — 7–10 business days in transit
- Bulk — 7–10 business days in transit
Adding our packing time, most orders arrive 8–15 business days after you place them. You will get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Local pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and skip shipping entirely. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Come by during our regular hours at 9490 Gantt Ln, Red Level, AL 36474.
Wrong address
We can correct an address only before the order ships. Email support@willowfarmsshop.com as soon as you notice and we will fix it if the box has not gone out. Once it has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it is not there, email support@willowfarmsshop.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to make it right. Photos help if you have them.
