Our farm raised raw honey infused with a blend of chilis and a splash of vinegar for a kick of heat...and this time the peppers have NOT been strained out. As the chili flakes and seeds are kept in the jar, this will get hotter over time in the jar. This option is in a glass jar. Heat profile is medium and will be hotter if eaten in a raw preparation. Recommend adding to sauces (think spicy honey mustard or soy sauce-based stir fry) or as a finishing glaze for grilled meat. Use on your next batch of hot wings or put on your favorite pizza or fried chicken!
